Essay

In this thesis solved urgent scientific and technical problem of reducing the harmful effects of mycelial waste biotechnological production of citric acid on the environment. Analyzed the current state of environmental safety in the production of filtration fields location areas. It is found that large-tonnage production waste citric acid - mycelial biomass of the fungus Aspergillus niger alkaline after heat treatment at 110 °C can be used as a feedstock to produce a valuable product - chitosan.
