The thesis is devoted to research of civil circulation of movable things on which legislation of Ukraine spreads The thesis is devoted to research of civil circulation of movable things on which legislation of Ukraine spreads legal regime of immovable property. Evolution of scientific points of view on issue of reasons spreading legal regime of immovable property on movable things is analyzed and appropriate domestic and foreign legislative provisions are researched. The author critically considers criteria for attribution movable things to immovable property and defines it advantages and disadvantages in scope of domestic legislative approach. Classification of air and sea crafts, inland waterway vessels and space objects is conducted. Content of civil circulation of movable things on which legislation of Ukraine spreads legal regime of immovable property as well as procedure of their introduction to legal civil circulation is analyzed. Legislative provisions regulating relationships in sphere of transfer property rights on air and sea crafts, inland waterway vessels and space objects as well as relationships in sphere of giving them in temporary use are defined. Features of these things mortgage and their withholding as legal mean of insurance of obligation fulfillment are analyzed.
