Stytsenko T. Method to assess effectiveness of protection of medical staff from the action of extremely high electromagnetic frequevcies' radiation

The thesis is devoted to solution of important scientific and technical problem, which consists in the development of new and improvement of existing methods and means of medical personnel protection from electromagnetic radiation.In the advanced models, in contrast to the known ones, both spurious radiation, the number of reflected waves and the number of external sources, that have random amplitude and phase, are considered. This made it possible to determine the indicators of electromagnetic radiation in medical devices and systems.The mathematical model of the biomedical system of vital activity and the generalized statistical criterion were developed. This made it possible to characterize the system and its individual parts using a single number, which is important when comparing multiple systems.Determination of the parameters of multilayer coatings with arbitrary angles of incidence of electromagnetic waves made it possible to calculate the absorption coefficient for various thicknesses of protective materials.
