Stavytskyi V. Legal facts in mechanisms of emergence, transfer and termination of real rights on immovable things in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to consideration constructive features of legal facts as legal mean providing circulation of immovable property and to determination their place and meaning in appropriate legal relationships. Referring to legal works of pre-revolutionary, Soviet and modern period the author researches evolution of points of view on legal facts and their classification. Little-studied in legal literature divisions of legal facts are analyzed in context of their place in legal mechanisms of emergence, transfer and termination of real rights on immovable things. Possible foreshortenings of legal facts consideration as well as the most productive methodical approach for their research are designated in dissertation. Specific legal mechanisms of emergence, transfer and termination of real rights on immovable things and interrelation between legal facts in their realization are analyzed. Ratio between such legally significant facts in immovable property circulation as technical inventory, acceptance of immovable thing to operation, deal notarization, registration of real rights on immovable property etc. is defined.
