Korolyova Y. Socio-political and theoretical-legal aspects of the systematicity of law sources

The thesis is centred around the complex research of socio-political and theoretical-legal aspects of the systematicity of law sources. The evolution of scientific research of "the systematicity of law sources" category and the dependence of the analysis of law sources on the existing types of law understanding are considered as theoretical and legal aspects of the systematicity of law sources. The methodological basis of research is also substantiated. The evolution of scientific views on law sources is represented by the following periods: the worldview understanding of law sources (from Antiquity to the beginning of the XX th century); the doctrinal legal understanding of law sources (from the beginning of the XX th century to the present day).
