Rybikova A. Law expertise of legal acts in Ukraine

The institute of law expertise of legal acts in the dissertation is based on the latest research in the field of lawmaking and legal monitoring and formulated on this basis guidelines for the theoretical, practical and legal support of such examination. The author's approach to the definitions "law expertise of legal acts", "subjects of law expertise of legal acts" has been developed. The author analyzed the concept, theoretical structure, functions and principles of the law expertise of legal acts. The author examined the genesis of the scientific development of the law expertise of legal acts. It was found that the literature on the establishment of law and its registration document, refers to the rules and requirements as to the form and on the content of the document, which later become the basis for determining the legal criteria of quality inspection of legal acts during the law expertise.
