Fiialovych L. The use of dry apple pomaces enrichment with chelate compounds and enzyme preparation in feeding of geese

Research object: organicmineral mixed ligand complexes of Copper and Zinc with an increase biological availability of metals and establishment of expediency of their use in feeding of geese. Research aim: theoretical and practical ground of expediency of the use in the mixed fodders for the geese the dry apple spues enriched with chelate connections and enzymic preparations, and finding out of their influence, on the indexes of the egg productivity of geese, quality of eggs and content of nourishing and bioactive substances in goose yolks. Research methods: zootechnic, physiology, biotechnological, biochemical, theoretical, statistical. Scientific novelty: new data are got in relation to biotechnological receptions, in particular receipt of complex forage additions, due to enriching of apple spues biologically by active substances. Information is first generalized about the most effective utilization of wastes of apples processing taking into account the achievements of biotechnology. Degree of introduction: for the increase of the productivity of geese and improvement of content of nourishing and bioactive substances in geese yolks it is expedient to use in a spring maintenance period in geese feeding with apple squash. Sphere of the use: economies holding a parent herd of geese, educational process in agrarian establishments of education.
