Theoretical principles, methodological approaches and practical recommendations about the corporate culture formation and development at machine-building enterprises have been developed in the thesis. The essential characteristics of "corporate culture" concept has been researched and provided; the evolution of views on the development of corporate culture in its historical perspective has been followed. Scientific and theoretical approaches to corporate culture at machine-building enterprises have been formed and developed. The main trends of enterprises activity development have been investigated and analyzed. The current state of corporate culture at machine-building enterprises has been studied. The influence of corporate culture on personnel motivation has been analyzed. Methodical recommendations of corporate culture at machine-building enterprises evaluation have been developed; the level of corporate culture has been diagnosed; the development of corporate culture at machine-building enterprises has been justified. The dependence of the state of personnel motivation from the level of corporate culture at machine-building enterprise has been revealed.
