Essay

Dissertation is devoted t complex research of theoretical and practical problems which touch judicial charges in criminal realization of Ukraine. In this work the legislation of Ukraine is ana lysed and practice of its application, scientific position of native and foreign scientists–proceduralists are, reflected in relation to judicial charges in criminal realization of Ukraine and order of their compensation (penalty) by a verdict of court. The suggestion are developed in relation to perfection of norms of judicial law, which regulate the question of structure and compensation (penalty) of judicial charges.
