Kurdydyk N. Bank loans on the capital markets

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of the management of the banking loans on the capital markets. It is proposing the new way to structuring the financial market, including the motives of its participants to provide the deals. There was structured the functions of the capital market, allocated primary and secondary functions. Author established the connectivity between banking loans on the capital market and the dynamics of banking performance indicators. It was calculated the period, when the effect after bank loans is the best pronounced. Also author established the connection between banking loans on the external capital market and the financial crisis. Author structured the types of the government regulation of the external banking loans on the capital market. In addition, author proposed the tools of government regulation of the external bank loans on the capital market. Author proposed the algorithm of the calculation of the bank demand on external borrowed resources. Author proposes the instruments that are signalizing about the risks of financial crisis.
