The thesis is dedicated to improving measurement accuracy of satellite navigation systems in geostationary orbit by using spatio-temporal noise signals. For this thesis the model of satellite radio navigation systems in geostationary orbit. A distinctive feature of this model is the existing models of satellite navigation systems is that the model of satellite navigation systems in the amount of 4 navigation spacecraft provides the necessary accuracy in determining the location, continuity, accessibility, efficiency and integrity submission radio navigation information to consumers in a given region; improved method for the synthesis of optimal systems of space-time processing of signals, providing for the use of noise signals and algorithms for the optimal and suboptimal processing of complex spatial-temporal signals for different operating conditions of obtaining significant gains compared to the commonly used methods; further developed model complex diagrams directional functioning in a wide sector review, the distinguishing feature of which the existing models is that it is based on a complex pattern, characterized by spatial framework that is determined by multiplying the width of the range of spatial frequencies to the width of the sector review, much larger unit, which allows for compression (both in time and in the spectrum).
