Research object - molding operations of sheet stamping. Subject of investigation - the regularities of the mechanics shaping elements of the workpiece which are not in contact with the tool in the processes of relief formation and formation-extraction, methods of deformation during relief punching, methods of studying the stress-strain state of the workpiece material. The purpose is to improve the technology of forming large-sized plate-like parts with rectilinear rifts based on the restriction of the deformation cell rift finish through the development of calculation methods and numerical simulation deformation process, as well as the development of practical recommendations for the improvement of stamping equipment.
