Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of quality of thin plate separate blanking by the application of mechanical error compensators of the "press-stamp" system. It is shown that 60% of the loss of quality is due to the errors of the "the press-stamp" system and further improvement of the quality is connected with compensation of these errors A dynamic adjustment principle is suggested which is realized by operating the die on a mechanical compensator. The methodology of optimization of geometrical parameters and modeling of the deformation pattern of the compensator for crank press was suggested. The mathematical models were worked out that allow controlling effectively the indicators of strength and determine the optimal geometric parameters of the compensator. A positive effect of the compensator on the stress-strain state of the stamp block elements was gained. That leads to a significant change in the deformation pattern of the "press-stamp" system. The improvement of quality blanking of the rotor plates using the compensator was fixed. New technical solutions were suggested and production testing of compensators was carried out. The result confirms the usefulness of application of mechanical error compensator in the "press-stamp" system for the improvement of quality of thin plate separate blanking.
