Essay

Purpose is based identification and complex evaluation of clinical manifestations and psychological mechanisms of formation of maladaptive states in primary care network patients in terms of information-psychological war (IPW), substantiate and develop a system of measures of psychological treatment. To achieve this purpose of 393 patients somatic district clinics profile were selected 221 people with symptoms of psychological maladjustment. According to the severity of the seizure to watching television (TV), news search online or read periodicals surveyed were divided into two groups. The survey was carried out by means of psychological and clinical psychodiagnostic methods. The data confirmed the presence of the negative impact of the IPW for the mental health of the civilian population that needs correction and development activities psychoprophylaxis of maladaptive states, due to the influence of factors of IPW. It was determined that the patients primary care networks that are under the influence of destructive information and psychological impact as a result of excessive involvement in watching TV, use the internet and reading periodicals, have more severity pathopsychological symptoms of maladaptive states, compared with patients with a safe level of use of TV and the Internet (p<0,01). They are exposed to high level of stress reaction formed or expressed in neuro-psychological maladjustment, with prevalence of anxiety and depressive manifestations clinically significant level. Leading pathopsychological phenomenon they have pathological anxiety, which is implemented in the form of dominance anxiety and depression (33.0%) or anxiety and dysphoric (38.4%) constellations and to a lesser severity of asthenic radical (17.0% - asthenic-depressive, 11.06% - asthenic-hypochondriac manifestations), which is prevalent in patients who are not addicted to the use of IPW. Psychological treatment targets set by individual psychological, interpersonal communicational, and psychosocial and behavioral characteristics specific to this contingent. Based on the data, proved, developed and introduced into clinical practice of medical and psychological system of measures of psychological treatment maladaptive states of patients primary care network in terms of IPW.
