Markova A. Features of psychological health violations and its correction of family members who do common business

The work is aimed at analyzing the content and clinical manifestations of people's behaviour who are involved by parents in family business in order to confirm hypothesis of deformation of personal and behavioral responses in cases when second generation of owners of business are involved compulsory and identification of possible targets of psychocorrections. Depending on children's motivation of participation in family business three types of behavioral responses to involvement into family business were estimated. People who participate in family business for their own conscious belong to adequately-independent type of behavior. In interpersonal relationships with their fathers, they show signs of healthy addictions, using independent models of behavior and built relationships by the type of intimacy. People who participate in family business with passive agree and adapting motivation was estimated intrapsychological-affective dependent manifestation with deformation. This type is caused by lesions of all components of interpersonal dependence with formation of destructive extradepencdence with intrapsychological directional negative emotions of anxiety, shame and guilt, helplessness in loneliness due to excessive fear of failure of own life combined with codependent behaviors and strain of interpersonal relationships with their fathers on the type of merger. Persons who participated in family businesses on force, obeying father will are characterized with protest counter-dependent intrapsycologically-aggressive type of reaction basic psychological mechanism of which is deformation of all components of interpersonal dependence with the formation of dysfunctional separation, clinical ranging of which is shaped by the manifestation of the disorders of the emotional component of the interpersonal dependence as emotions of anger, hate, ambivalently directed on himself and father, extreme fear of own incapability, in the combination with counter-dependent behavior stereotypes and separation as a basic style of interpersonal relation with father. As a result of the research the program of psychocorrection of violation of psychological health of the members of the families who run family business was designed and approved. The program that is targeted for defining the aims of psychocrrectional influence consists of 4 steps: establishing of therapeutic alliance; awareness of information; reconstruction of psychocorrection; evaluation of efficiency. The program contains common (aimed at parental psychocorrection) and differentiated measures (aimed at children) that are used in dependence of the type of reactions of involving to the work in family business that are implemented through the elements of cognitive-behaviouristic therapy, cognitive-oriented therapy, methods of family psychotherapy, relaxation, seizing of stress and elements of psychological training.
