Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the state of nonspecific immunoresistance, humoral arm and cellular component of systemic immunity as well as of the values of biochemical homeostasis of healthy men and sportsmen of different training levels (Candidate Master of Sports, Master of Sports) of games-based sports in the course of immune correction. It was established that under the influence of the long-lasting physical exercises of sportsmen of different training levels (Candidate Master of Sports, Master of Sports) of games-based sports the absolute and relative count of neutrophil granulocytes and lymphocytes are reduced in peripheral blood, but at the same time the absolute and relative number of band neutrophil granulocytes is increased; level of cell reactivity is reduced, level of reactive response of neutrophil granulocytes is increased, index of neutrophils shift and the tendency according to immunoresistanse of organism activation is formed. The training process is accompanied by increasing of an absolute and relative number of 0-lymphocytes, which is mainly due to the increase of natural killer cells. It is shown the credible reduction of an absolute leucocytes number and relative CD3+-lymphocytes number and CD8+-lymphocytes, the reduction of an absolute and increasing of a relative number of CD4+-lymphocytes, that are accompanied by the misbalance development in the system of T-lymphocytes, mainly by means of the immunoregulatory and leuko-T-cell index growth. The usage of vilosenum for the immune correction by sportsmen of different training levels (Candidate Master of Sports, Master of Sports) of games-based sports leads to significant improvement of nonspecific and specific part of immune system: the absolute number of lymphocytes, total pool of CD3+-lymphocytes as well as T-suppressors / cytotoxic T-lymphocytes number are increased. It was noted that statistically significant changes of neutrophil-to-lymphocytic ratio, leuko-B-cell, leuko-T-cell and immunoregulatory indexes occur. The influence of immune correction with vilosenum on humoral arm of immune system is minimun and is limited by the tendency to increase of absolute number of CD19+-lymphocytes. Thus, due to a combination of positive effects vilosenum may be recommended to sportsmen as immunocorrecting drug in cases of secondary immunodeficiency states that are followed by intensive long-lasting physical exercises.
