The dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of candidate of biological Sciences in speciality 14.03.04 - pathological physiology. - Sumy state pedagogical University named after A. S. Makarenko. Amounts 2017. This thesis is devoted to study the influence of pathology children aged 10-16 years on physical development and functional state of the organism, physical fitness and level of adaptive tension, the cell reactivity of children. For studies of the General immunological reactivity of the organism of children age 10-16 years with visual impairments conducted a study of the peripheral blood of 118 child. The children were divided into 2 groups, one of them, in the amount of 48 children constituted the control group comprised healthy children of secondary school № 12 in Slavic. Complex examination included determination of level of physical development for anthropometric indicators, cardiovascular system and respiratory system. We used the calculated indexes of physical development and the assessment of level of physical preparedness was determined cell reactivity, the level of adaptive tension, the reactive response of neutrophils and immunological reactivity of children with visual impairments. In the study of physical development and functional state of organism of children with visual impairments found that anthropometric indicators below the relevant indicators from healthy peers. Boys and girls with visual impairments lag behind their healthy peers with normal vision, in height standing and sitting, body mass, perimeter of the chest, regardless of its functional status: at rest, during inspiration or exhalation, the proportionality of the body. Part of our research was devoted to the study of psychophysical status in children with visual impairments aged 10-16 years. It can be noted that boys and girls with visual impairments lag behind their healthy peers on key indicators: simple auditory-motor response, acoustic version of the proofreading test, coordinationally profile, dynamometry and tapping-test. Increasing the level of physical development through the use of special complex of physical exercises: rehabilitation measures, which led to significant changes - more than several-fold increase in the slope of the torso forward from a sitting position (body flexibility), improved long jump with space, Shuttle run 3h10m, bending and unbending of hands in the emphasis. Learning from the rehabilitation was introduced a special complex of physical exercises, which consisted of General developmental exercises that have been performed in conjunction with eye movements, respiratory exercises, exercises on the improvement of the process of accommodation; exercises for the muscles of the neck and back, shoulders and arms, anterior abdominal wall, torso, legs; exercises recommended for the prevention of fatigue of the organs of the visual system. Based on clinical data established that held a special rehabilitation physical activity among children (boys and girls) with visual impairments aged 10-16 years, which lead to the improvement of quality of life and contribute to the normalization of values of immunological and hematological indices, characterizing the level of General of immunological reactivity, which is practically maintained at an adequate level in boys and girls.
