The dissertation devoted to the optimization of the interaction in the system "man-dwelling-environment" according to the criteria of psychological comfort for elite dwelling. Considered the elite dwelling: requirements, target audience, the design characteristics; research methods psychologically comfortable dwelling, methods of assessing the quality of dwelling. The indices necessary for system calibration are determined, in particular, analyzed society, derived the formula to calculate the number of elite owners and defined their professional preferences, that allowed us to refine the model of elite dwelling owners, conducted an anonymous sociological poll. Calibrated "man-dwelling-environment" system taking into account of certain indicators for the owners of elite dwelling. Elaborated the method of optimization of space-planning and design solutions of elite dwelling according to the requirements of psychological comfort. Improved methods of evaluating the quality of dwelling to the criteria of psychological comfort. Elaborated the classification of the elite dwelling according to the criteria of psychological comfort, based on the differences between elite dwelling for the main psychotypes of the owners. Proposals to clarify SBN V.2.2-15-2015 taking into account the specifics of design of elite dwelling. Described and clearly demonstrated the practical value of the results of the research in the working process of architectural organizations and educational process of educational institutions.
