Objective: to substantiate scientific and theoretical positions and to develop practical recommendations for improving the provision of personnel security of enterprises in the context of a conflict environment. Object of research: the process of providing personnel security of the enterprise. Subject of research: theoretical and methodological approaches to providing personnel security of enterprises in the context of a conflict environment. Methods of research: methods of theoretical generalization, system analysis, scientific classification; methods of comparative analysis, financial-economic and statistical analysis; graphical-analytical method; observation and written interview with questionnaires. Improved: the classification of risks and threats to provide personnel security of the enterprise by supplementing the existing classification with new classification features. Proposed: methodical approach to the definition of integral indicator of personnel security assessment of the enterprise. Introduced: methodical approach to the analysis of the system of indicators for assessing the status of personnel security in the industrial enterprises.
