Bilokon' M. Democratic state building in Ukraine in the context of globalization

Object of research: state-building processes in Ukraine. Purpose: to determine the theoretical foundations and main directions of democratization of the system of public administration of Ukraine in the conditions of globalization. Methods: categorical and etymological analysis, historical, synchronous and diachronic, structural-functional, comparative-historical and comparative-legal analysis, statistical and structural-system methods. Results: is a comprehensive study of the state-building process in a democratic state of governance and the construction of a model of stable interaction of the basic elements of the social and state system in Ukraine. Novelty: the mathematical tools of linear algebraic equations for the analysis of the processes of democratic state formation in the conditions of globalization are proposed; Theoretical substantiation of the nature and origin of the phenomena of deformation and transformation of the state administration system has been improved. Implemented in the activities of the Interregional Department of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service in Kharkiv and Sumy Oblasts, etc. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants, local self-government officials.
