Kondratova A. Legal regulation of inheritance of certain types of heritage objects.

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of features of legal regulation of inheritance of certain types of heritage objects. Theoretical and practical issues of inheritance, including notary and court practice have been revealed. Epistemological and historical background of the formation and development of hereditary relations in Ukraine and the main conceptual framework of the institution of inheritance based on doctrinal sources of inheritance law have been revealed. The civil research of general order of realization of the right to inheritance, the hereditary participants and legal regime of heritage objects has been conducted herein. The dissertation focuses on the features of inheritance of certain types of heritage objects: сorporate rights; rights of private entrepreneur; the rights to real estates; rights to claim on monetary obligations; intellectual property rights. The result of the research are proposals for amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On notary", the Order of committing notarial acts by notaries of Ukraine, aimed at improving the efficiency of legal regulation of inheritance of certain types of heritage objects in Ukraine.
