Essay

Based on the results of the complex clinical-neurological examination of 118 patients in the early recovery period, depending on the degree of disruption of daily activity according to the Barthel scale (1 group with a mild degree, 18.6%, 2 group with a moderate degree - 48.3% and 3 Group with a pronounced degree of dependence on others - 33.1%) studied the impact of risk factors for AI, the most significant of which were smoking and unsystematic use of antihypertensive drugs, which were more representative of patients in Group 1. The EMG parameters of the coordinating ratios of the muscles of the forearm and lower leg, among which the greatest value was at the the crural muscles in patients of groups 3 and 1 on the paresis side. The functional state of the brain was studied according to the methodology of cognitive potentials P300, the amplitude of P300 was decreased in all groups, the smaller values of amplitude were in patients of groups 1 and 3 on the side of the ischemic focus. According to the BAEP, the maximum duration of the III-V interval in patients of the 3rd group. In all patients, a violation of the plasma lipid metabolism in the form of hyperlipidemia of types II and IV was detected, the maximal elevation was the CA and the concentration of TG in patients of groups 3 and 1 and in the group of patients with risk factors of ІS. In the study of ACC, the minimal index was in patients of the 3rd group and in the group of patients with risk factors of IS. In the study of the concentration of TNF and IL-4 plasma in patients of the first and third groups, as well as in the group of patients with risk factors for IS, activation of a pro-inflammatory link with signs of decreasing the anti-inflammatory level of the immune response was revealed. The use of drugs affecting endothelial dysfunction, hypolipidemic and anti-inflammatory properties is substantiated.
