Object - a neuroendocrine-immune complex and metabolism in white rats of both sexes of the Wistar line and of both sexes at normal and with dysfunction of the neuroendocrine-immune complex; people - indicators of the neuroendocrine-immune complex: quantitative electroencephalography, heart rate variability, adaptation hormones in the blood, lymphocyte populations, immunoglobulins, phagocytosis, diuretic-excretory renal function and metabolism of electrolytes and lipids, biophysical parameters, correlation between the registered metrics and their changes under the influence of water consumption of Naftussya; aim - determine the pathophysiological mechanisms of the stress-limiting action, to compare and to identify common features in the adaptogenic stress-limiting effects of the Naftussya of Truskavets and Pomiretsk fields, which are the basis of its preventive and curative action; methods - pathophysiological, electrophysiological, immunoenzymatic, biochemical, biophysical, clinical, statistical; results - it is established that water Naftussya has a stress-limiting effect, which is manifested in the biophysical, biochemical and physiological levels; It is shown that water of Naftussia changes the electrical conductivity of points of acupuncture, the electrokinetic index of buccal epithelium and indicators of gas-discharge visualization with simultaneous changes in metabolism, especially lipid metabolism and indices of water-salt and immune homeostasis; it was established that among the possible mechanisms of pathogenetic influence important changes in the functional state of the CNS of the autonomic nervous and endocrine systems; on the mechanisms of action and observable physiological effects, the mineral waters of Truskavets and Pomyretska deposits are similar, that pathophysiologically substantiates their use with therapeutic and prophylactic purposes, at least as a stress-limiting factor; received priority data on the stress-limiting effect of bioactive water of Naftussya Pomyretska field in an experiment in rats and its urgent and course effects on the neuro-endocrine-immune complex and water-electrolyte exchange in patients with dysfunction of the neuroendocrine-immune complex, together with the known data of the physico- chemical and bacteriological studies give grounds to consider this water a close analogue of bioactive water of Naftusya of the Truskavets deposit and recommend to include it in the arsenal of balneo-factors of the resort Truskavets.
