Senkovska Y. The Functional and Planning Restructuring of the City Industrial Objects' Territories (by example of the city of Lviv).

The work is devoted to the solution of the actual problem of the development of industrial objects' territories in a state of decline, misuse or spontaneous management by functional and planning restructuring. The results of the research are based on generally accepted methods. The methods of two levels of research: empirical and theoretical are used. The object of research is - the industrial objects' territories with partially or completely lost industrial function. The research reveals multidisciplinary theoretical approaches and preconditions for restructuring of the city industrial objects' territories in the conditions of their transition from monofunctional to polyfunctional use. The results of previous research and practice of industrial objects' territories organization have been generalized and architectural and urban content of the concept of restructuring has been specified. The techniques of functional and planning restructuring of the city industrial objects' territories and the practical recommendations of theirs functional and planning restructuring have been suggested.
