Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of peculiarities of disorders of the state of prooxidant and antioxidant systems, immunological reactivity and nonspecific resistance of an organism, the evidence of endogenous intoxication in lungs, blood and myocardium in the cases of experimental allergic alveolitis separately and under the conditions of adrenalin myocardial injuries before and after using of thiotriazoline. It has been determined for the first time the excessive accumulation of lipid peroxidation products on the all stages of development (1st, 14th and 24th days) of allergic alveolitis and adrenalin injuries of myocardium and decrease of activity of antioxidant defense enzymes (14th and 24th days) in lungs, myocardium and blood and increase of phagocytic activity of leukocytes and growth of endogenous intoxication, stimulation of humoral and inhibition of cell units of immunity, especially on 24th day of the experiment. For the first time corrective action of thiotriazoline on the affected indexes of metabolism in cases of allergic alveolitis and adrenalinic damage of myocardium has been proved.
