Essay

The object of the research is the organizational changes in machine-building enterprises. The purpose of the thesis is the development of theoretical and methodological provisions on the planning of organizational changes in machine-building enterprises. The author uses such methods as: comparison, generalization, analogy, grouping, system analysis, financial-economic, statistical analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, in particular, the method of cluster analysis. The theoretical value of the results of the thesis is the research of theoretical and methodological and practical principles of organizational change planning at machine-building enterprises. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time the method of geometric interpretation of the estimation of economic efficiency of implemented organizational changes was developed, there is improved the process of implementation of organizational changes in machine-building enterprises, depending on the choice of management styles and the method of strategic planning of organizational changes in the enterprise, there are developed the classification of organizational changes in machine-building enterprises and methodical recommendations regarding evaluation of the results of implementation of organizational changes on machine-building enterprises. The subject of research refers to theoretical-methodological and practical principles of organizational change planning at machine-building enterprises. Author's recommendations are used to the planning of organizational changes in machine-building enterprises. The sphere for the use of author's recommendations is domestic machine-building enterprises.
