The paper represents a new solution of topical problem of modern obstetric, which is to improve perinatal outcomes in women with violation of fruit placental relations by developing advanced integrated prognostic criteria and monitoring pregnancy. A comprehensive survey of 334 pregnant women has been conducted. The cytokine status, state of hemostasis, performance markers of endothelial dysfunction, a condition feto-placental system, the state of the circulatory system mother - placenta - fetus have been identified by the results of high-frequency ultrasound with pulse Doppler imaging, automated cardiotocography using mathematical methods of statistical analysis. The data of violation pathogenesis of fruit-placental relations have been supplemented based on conducted studies and the necessity for early forecasting for the prevention of perinatal loss has been scientifically proved. The scientific data on risk factors and factors of etiopathogenetical fruit-placental disorders have been supplemented. The monitoring of pregnancy in women at high risk of placental disorders of fruit relations with a comprehensive assessment of endocrine functions of the placenta, inner placenta, over placenta and fetal circulation in the early stages and during the period of gestation, to predict, prevent of prophylaxis and perinatal outcomes have been developed.
