Kulchytskyi D. The complex prevention of intra- and postoperative complications of cesarean section.

The research work is dedicated to the improvement of the cesarean section technology using innovative technologies for the prevention of intra- and postoperative complications in primipara with high risk of obstetric hemorrhage delivered by cesarean section. The problem is of current interest because it is directly connected with reproductive health, fertility, maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. Cesarean section techniques' modification using radiowave scalpel and argon plasma tissue coagulation in combination with the use of modern uterotonic was pioneered in primipara with high risk of hemorrhage. Positive effects of the proposed method on the severity of pain, uterine involution rates, uterine sutures condition, and course of inflammatory and reparative processes were studied and proved. New practical recommendations concerning cesarean section features in pregnant women with high risk of obstetric hemorrhage were proposed.
