In the dissertation thesis, the actual scientific task solution of improving the technical parameters of a television scanning microscope is contributed, which allows to improve the quality of the imaging image of the object being studied, to increase the speed of its image formation and to expand the functional capabilities of the microscope due to the use of a specially designed high-resolution cathode ray tube to illuminate the object in the ultraviolet range. The method for determining the dynamic parameters of the object under investigation when scanning rasters of various sizes are used (full-size raster, mini-raster) was developed, which makes it possible to shorten the measurement time due to the reduction in the time for forming a mini-raster and to expand the range of the measured parameters of the object under investigation while maintaining the measurement accuracy. The method of forming an image of a moving object under investigation in the central area of the monitor screen for arbitrary movement of the object in the plane of its investigation was proposed, that will simplify the task of its study by the operator. The proposed method for determining the boundary speed of moving a luminous spot on a screen of a high-resolution cathode ray tube in a television scanning microscope will simplify the task of choosing the optimum operating mode of a microscope for obtaining the best quality images. The structural diagrams of the scanning television microscope and the algorithm of its operation were developed that will expand its functionality in the study of biological and medical objects.
