Essay

Object: the process for consolidating the concrete mixtures on the vibro site. The purpose: development of theory and research-based technical solutions to create a powerful planetary vibration exciter of oscillations, which provides multi-frequency vibration mode. Methods: mechanics of machines, theory of vibrations in mechanical systems, techniques of multivariate analysis, mathematical modeling, and mathematical statistics. Equipment: VI6-6TN vibration measuring instrument with DV-1SG sensors of vibrations. Theoretical and practical results: the analytical dependences to determine the main parameters of high-planetary vibration exciter of oscillations, which provides better consolidating of building materials and greatly simplifies the design of vibrating machines, increases its reliability and reduces the power. Novelty: the regularities of the working body movement in the vibration machine with planetary vibration exciter of oscillations are determined, as they reckon the effect of rolling elements (balls) of rollers on the exciting force that is changing under displacing the centers of weight in the rolling elements from one position to another while the rollers are moving. The subject and degree of implementation: the design documentation, methods of calculations and experimental sample of the planetary (roller) vibration exciter of oscillations. Implementation efficiency: increasing quality of products, reducing metal consumption and energy intensity. Field of application: construction engineering, construction.
