Martey E. Corporate Governance Systems Development of Agribusinesses

The thesis is devoted to research of evolution, systems and ways of optimization of corporate governance. The theories of corporate governance have been thoroughly studied; it is proposed to use them under the auspices of multilateral all-encompassing theory of corporate governance a synthetic theory, which aims to examine corporate governance in all its aspects. The author's definition of corporate governance is given. A detailed description of corporate governance system is proved; it is argued that in developing countries transit model of corporate governance exists that combines the conflicting trends two main theories. We got further improvement of corporate governance stages of democratic justification and description of corporate governance. The paper reveals the relationship between the best practices of corporate governance and stakeholder satisfaction, the state of corporate governance in public companies Ukraine, meta-analysis of the impact of board composition on firms' performance. Special attention is paid to the improvement of assessment tools of corporate citizenship as most corporations trying to utilize it in the era of democratic corporate governance.
