In the dissertation study it is carried through the systemic clinical and statistical analysis and multimodal study of the menstrual cycle in reproductive age women with primary diagnosed tuberculosis and residual changes of previous. It is shown that in primarily diagnosed tuberculosis in 56.5% of patients disorders of the menstrual cycle took place on the background of hyperestogenaemia, hyperprolactinaemia (80.2%) and decreased progesterone concentration (85.5%), increased values of LH and FSH (82.8% and 75.0%, respectively). Under residual changes after tuberculosis the tendency was observed for normalization of the levels of estradiol (76.6%), progesterone (71.0%), and tropic hormones of LH and FSH, respectively (86.0% and 83.3%) that serves as differential criterion for administration for hormonal therapy depending on the tuberculosis activity. On the background of the metabolic intoxication in patients infectious pathogens more often associate with Candida albicans yeasts. Under tuberculosis in women predominantly associations of Candida albicans (35.5%) with conditionally pathogenic microflora are observed. The developed complex of treatment and rehabilitation of menstrual cycle in women with pulmonary tuberculosis, which allowed to decrease the frequency of genitalia inflammatory diseases under primarily diagnosed tuberculosis in 45.0% of women, in women with residual changes of previous tuberculosis in 35.5%, restore the menstrual cycle in 58.7% and 83.3%, respectively, decrease the mean menses duration from 9.7±2.1 to 5.5±1.2 days, the menstrual hemorrhage mean volume from 249±37 to 117±28 points after three months and to 93±16 points after 6 months.
