316 patients with leiomyoma of the uterus were examined for the purpose of solving the problems, and the following results were obtained: the somatic and psychological predictors of the formation of uterine leiomyomas include menstrual cycle disorders, obsessive-gynecological anamnesis, increased blood pressure, dyslipidemia, signs of chronic inflammatory diseases of organs small pelvis, thyroid dysfunction, excessive psycho-emotional overload, poor sleep quality, sympathetic imbalance and parasympathetic nd parts of the autonomic nervous system.
