Sokolovskyi M. Limits of Implementation of Subjective Corporate Rights of Participants of Entrepreneurial Companies.

Thesis is dedicated to research of limits of implementation of corporate rights of participants of entrepreneurial companies. The work describes the legal nature of corporate rights and clarifies the essence of their implementation, outlines general and special principles for implementation of subjective corporate rights, defines the guarantees for implementation and protection of subjective corporate rights.Thesis contains correlation between the concepts of "limits", "restrictions" and "limits of implementation of rights" of corporate rights. It was conducted classification of limits of implementation of subjective corporate rights.Particular attention is paid to identifying legislative gaps that negatively affect the implementation of non-property (organizational) and property rights. Based on conducted research, the conclusions and suggestions on improving the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of implementation of subjective corporate rights are substantiated.
