Serdechna I. Moral rights and responsibilities of other family members and relatives

The thesis is devoted to the study of non-property rights and responsibilities of other family members and relatives in the family law. The concept of the modern understanding of the definition and content of moral rights and responsibilities of other family members and relatives, especially their implementation and protection in family relations was developed in the thesis by author. Also the conclusions and suggestions for improvement of the family legislation of Ukraine was formulated. . Author developed the definition of the right of relatives to communicate with the child as a non-property right of his grandfather, grandmother, great- grandfather, great-grandmother, brothers and sisters to a periodic or regular contact with the child, as a result, the exchange of information, cognitive and emotional-evaluative character happens. The features of implementation and protection of these rights by other family members and relatives was revealed.
