Sokol O. Criminological characteristics and prevention of childcare alimony evasion and funds for the maintenance of incapacitated parents

The dissertation is devoted to the complex criminological study of deviations from the payment of alimony for the maintenance of children and funds for the maintenance of disabled parents, the solution of a theoretical and applied problems complex related to preventing these negative social and legal phenomena. Criminological characteristics is given for crimes provided by Art. 164 and 165 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as social and legal phenomena, the historical experience of counteraction to evasion of payment alimony for children and funds for the maintenance of disabled parents is researched. On the basis of quantitative and qualitative indicators are determined the current state, trends and probable level of latency of this crime. The author investigates the identity of a criminal who is abusively evading alimony, according to socio-demographic, moral and psychological, criminal-law characteristics. The typology of such people according to the criterion of the target orientation of illicit behavior is proposed.
