Lastovska I. Reasoning and development of resource-saving technologies of beef production

The reasoning and development of beef production resource-saving technologies are stated in the dissertation. The research on the topic of the dissertation work were made during 2008–2016 in the conditions of Agrobeef LLC in Skvira region and Teresine ALC in BilaTserkva region of Kyiv oblast, and laboratory of zootechnical evaluation of machines and t echnologies of Scientific Research Institute for Forecasting and Testing of Machinery and Technologies for Agricultural Production named after L. Pogoreliy and Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University. The new volumetrically planned and technological solutions for reconstruction of premises with a width of 26 and 36 m is proposed and parameters of premises with a loose method of keeping and animal zone placement (zone of feeding and rest), which influences positively for them behave and activity in section, with a width of 24 m for new construction are reasoned. Dairy calves which are kept in the fiberglass cabins the most part of 24 hours had rest in the cabins. The proposed solutions made it possible to create optimal microclimate conditions for calves keeping in periods of growing and feeding. The young during the growing and fattening had good indicators of average daily weight gains and were characterized by good slaughter indicators.
