Palamarchuk K. Criminal liability for robbery: comparative legal research

The thesis is a comprehensive comparative legal research of criminal liability for robbery. The complex of theoretical and practical questions is covered. Based on the results of the study of the historical development of the robbery, grounded on the theoretical foundations and the empirical basis of the research, taking into account the positive and negative foreign experience, a number of changes proposed to the Ukrainian criminal legislation have been proposed. First of all, they outline the limits of improvement of Art. 187 "Robbery" of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and making alterations and additions to the note to Art. 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and to the note to Art. 289 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as well as changes in terminology within Art. 187 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
