In the dissertation devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the development of the creative component of future marketing specialists' professional thinking the essence of the concept of "creative component of the professional thinking of the marketing specialists" has been determined, the structure (motivational, cognitive and divergent, communicative and emotional-volitional components) has been revealed, the psychological and pedagogical conditions of development of the creative component in the process of marketing specialists training. The expert assessment of the importance of components of the creative component of professional thinking of the marketing specialist has been presented, criteria (formation of cognitive and divergent thinking, communicative competence, motivation of achievement, readiness for risk) and their indicators have been substantiated. The peculiarities of the development of structural components and dynamics during the educational process have been empirically investigated, levels of development of the creative component of professional thinking of the future marketing specialist (low, lower than average, average, higher than average, high) and its insufficient development in the process of professional training have been revealed. The model has been substantiated and the comprehensive program of psychological and pedagogical influence on the development of the creative component of professional thinking of marketing students has been developed and tested. Its efficiency and usefulness of introducing it in the process of professional training of marketing students in institutions of higher education have been proved.
