On the basis of analysis and generalization of laboratory and industrial research, it is proven that rugosity is the main factor of cement stone quality decline in the clearance of a borehole. We have defined the directions for improving the process of borehole cementation, among which the most effective is removal of clay-slime vuggy agglomerates or their transition into inert state. The influence of clay-slime agglomerates on technological properties of cement solution and indexes of cement stone durability is considered. The character of each factor impact determining orientation and the course of vuggy agglomerates formation process has been detected. It is established that the value of clay-slime agglomerates slope angle is an integral pa-rameter of the dental work degree. The fundamentally new designs (with the bladed working member in particular) of devices for preparation of the borehole for casing column cementation are proposed. The results of stand and theoretical research allowed substantiating of the necessity to apply the tilted surface to form the blade contour and determining of its principal rational geometric parameters. The actual patterns of the fluid flow through the blade system and its interaction with clay-slime agglomerates have been determined. The conducted industrial tests verified the credibility of the defined theoretical and stand characteristics of the device for preparation of the borehole for cementation.
