The actual scientific task according to deepening of theoretical positions, substantiation of scientific and methodical principles and practical recommendations development for the formation of the management system ecological component's of sustainable development of industrial enterprises in Ukraine has been solved in the thesis. Theoretical approaches to understanding the essence of the sustainable development concept and implementation its principles at the enterprise level have beendeepened. The contents of the process of managing the ecological component of sustainable development and the conceptual provisions concerning its formation have been determined. The state of formation of sustainable development components of the national economy of Ukraine and its branch subsystems have been analyzed. The theoretical and methodical approach to the estimation of the influence of the ecological component on the space of sustainable development of industrial enterprises has been improved. The approaches to the integration of the ecological sustainable development management system into the strategy of industrial enterprises development have been substantiated, the structural-logical model of the ecological and economic processes management of the industrial enterprise within the framework of sustainable development has been formed.
