Kravets O. The legal status of the legal service of local government in Ukraine

The object of the research is the social relations that arise in the field of formation, development and activity of the legal service in local self-government bodies in Ukraine. The subject of the study is the legal status of the legal service in the local self-government bodies of Ukraine. Within the framework of the research carried out, a number of theoretical positions and conclusions were formulated, in particular: first: - it has been determined that the US within the framework of the EOM plays an important role in the process of seeking and creating a national model of EHV by choosing the best forms of such self-organization and self-governance, which add not only new breath in the development of statehood, but also provide a real output to the personal and collectivistic potential of the population. the state in order to eliminate many crisis phenomena in the life of society and the state, the formation of personal and collective motivation, giving them additional incentives for development and improvement; Improved: - the provision that the subjects of the jurisdiction of the CSM OMCV at the general level are the same fields of activity - they are similar to the subjects of the OMSV management, that is to those areas of public life where the OMSV operates and where it is a YuS through the prism of its teleological dominants, tasks, organizational and organizational -legal forms of activity, exercises its powers; got further development: - the provision that the functions of the USC are firmly established in the UCSM, and they are determined not only by the many years of practice of this important institution and its praxis properties, but also actually reflect: a) block issues regarding the legal support and support of the proper activities of the UCSU in the interests of the territorial community ; b) the issue of legal support of the activities of the structural divisions of the executive bodies of the Ministry of the Interior; c) as a result, the issue of legal support for the activities of the representative bodies of the EOM; d) the question of the stable functioning of the USSR itself; g ') the issue of staffing and advanced training of specialists of the CS.
