Essay

The object of the study is a disciplinary legal relationship in the police of the Ukrainian SSR-USSR (1919-1991). The subject of the study is the legal basis for the establishment and development of disciplinary legal relations in the police of the Ukrainian SSR-USSR (1919 and 1991). The scientific novelty of the obtained results is determined by the set scientific tasks and the principles of their solution. As a result of the study, a number of new scientific propositions and conclusions proposed personally by the competitor were formulated, namely: first: - in the framework of a monographic research on the basis of a considerable amount of normative, theoretical and empirical materials, a complex historical and legal problem of the formation and development of the system of disciplinary legal relations in the organs and units of the Police of Soviet Ukraine (1919-1991) was disclosed; Improved: - historical and legal knowledge about the basic principles of the formation and development of disciplinary legal relations in the police of Soviet Ukraine (1919? 1991). The problems studied broaden the idea of ??the national history of 1919 and 1991 and allow us to formulate priority directions of improvement of disciplinary legal relations in law enforcement agencies of Ukraine; got further development: - the provision that disciplinary legal relations in the Soviet militia were Soviet and socialist, reflecting the correlation between the existing socio-political forces and the real, deeply ideologized situation in the country; Being in essence administrative and public relations, they were not covered by official legal relations and not absorbed by them, but formed (and now form) independent legal relations in the system of official activity of the police (police) and had their qualitative certainty and content.
