Essay

The dissertation is a complex research of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of management of socially-oriented enterprise in sphere of tourism. The scientific novelty of the results is based on deepening and the development of theoretical foundations, development of scientific and methodological recommendations, aimed at improving the management of socially-oriented enterprise in sphere of tourism. In dissertation work was made analysis and systematization of basic scientific approaches to the concept of "social tourism", its role in the economic processes of the socially-oriented enterprise in sphere of tourism and society as a whole. Explored the essence of the socially-oriented enterprise in sphere of tourism, highlighted their main types. Critically evaluated scientific approaches and analyzed applied aspects of management of socially-oriented enterprise in sphere of tourism, analyzed the theoretical basis of functioning the socially-oriented enterprise and realized estimation of practical tools of implementation areas of its development. Explored theoretical and methodological principles, determined the essence and directions of management of socially-oriented enterprise in the conditions of political and economic instability. Systematized principles of management of socially-oriented enterprise in tourism, defined group of specifics: social mobility, social adaptation, equal opportunities, social partnership. Developed the conceptual scheme of formation a comprehensive system of management of a socially-oriented enterprise in the sphere of tourism, aimed at increasing the level of satisfaction the needs of social tourists and obtaining commercial benefits. Carried out theoretical estimation of the macroenvironment, microenvironment and the internal environment on the results of functioning of the socially-oriented enterprise in sphere of tourism. It was found that the effectiveness of function of the surveyed enterprises depends on taking into account the influence of the factors that determine the expediency of social orientation of entrepreneurial activity, namely: national social policy, state policy in tourism, social consciousness of stakeholders, efficiency of the country's insurance system, trade unions, social funds and organizations. It was explored that environment of activity of socially-oriented enterprises of sphere of tourism form industrial enterprises, professional and social unions and organizations, religious denominations that require social-oriented services in the sphere of tourism. The results of the study of statistical indicators showed that the presence of enterprises with a resource potential for servicing social tourists testify about a steady tendency to reduce the supply. This trend is due to underestimation of the role of socially oriented tourism enterprises, which are the most conducive to maintaining the quality of life of citizens, their health, social status, the ability to create a socially useful product and the occupation of the East of Ukraine and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Designed conceptual approaches and practical recommendations for the management of socially-oriented enterprise in tourism, which are based on the allocation of social, economic and service aspects that will provide acceptance of effective management decisions, related with increasing of social orientation of the enterprise. Proposed the method for determining the level of social orientation of the enterprise on the basis of a building systems.
