Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of quality control of finished medicinal products containing ?-adrenoblockers of selective, nonselective and combined action by means of verification and / or validation of techniques that experimentally prove their suitability for solving their tasks. According to the results of the work, a monograph of DFP "Propranolol Tablets" was developed. The method of quantitative determination of bisoprolol fumarate by the method of spectrophotometry is developed and the possibility of its application for the dissolution test is proved. An express method for the selective spectrophotometric determination of timolol maleate in eye drops "Oftan-Timolol" in the presence of auxiliary substances was developed. The method of quantitative determination of atenolol by spectrophotometry in the visible spectrum region in the combined preparation of "Tonorm" is developed. An extraction-photometric method of quantitative determination of ?-blockers for the purpose of use in routine analysis and determination of their residual quantities on the surface of equipment was developed.
