This dissertation presents the results of genotype determination of Arg16Gly of ADR?2 gene and replacement of G308A of TNF-а gene, analysis of phenotypic peculiarities of clinical course of bronchial asthma, investigation of the bronchodilator and asthma controller therapy effect depending on genotype features. It has been established that in patients with bronchial asthma the GG homozygous variant of the gene TNF-а, Arg16Gly and Gly16Gly polymorphic variants of the ADRв2 gene are dominant. The genetic predictors of bronchial asthma are determined in children with a burden allergic and hereditary anamnesis. A decrease in sensitivity to short-acting в2-agonists was found in patients with the Gly16Gly genotype of the gene ADR?2,  that requires in future the prescription of combined bronchodilators and will allow to provide  a pharmacogenetics personalized therapy.
