Drabovskiy V. Surgical treatment patients with the cosmetic defects of abdominal wall

Dissertation is sanctified to the problems of treatment of patients with the cosmetic defects of the abdominal wall. The results of implementation of abdominoplasty were analysed to the patients by traditional methods and taking into account biomechanics features. Due to biomechanics and histological researches of tissues of different anatomical regions of abdominal wall the evidential base of their conduct is created morphologically at plastic and supradeformations. The methods of optimization of the stage of abdominoplasty depending on the type of build and method of diagnostics of local wound complications are offered in an early postoperation period. These measures allowed to decrease the amount of postoperation complications in a basic group on 20,4%, to get cosmetically the best scar and to increase the level of quality of life already in 6 months after interference on 19,9% due to physical and psychological components.
