Hlavach-Khomyn I. Participants of Inheritance Legal Relations.

The thesis presents a comprehensive scientific study of theoretical and practical aspects as to participation in the inheritance legal relations.The author defines a concept of a "participant of the inheritance legal relations". The participants of the inheritance legal relations have been classified under the different standards of law, namely: 1) due to the totality of the rights and obligations as to the inheritable property: a) the participants who are granted the totality of the rights and obligations; b) the participants who are granted some rights and obligations passing within the inheritance process; c) the participants who do not have any rights to inheritable property but promote to the exercise of successors' rights to hereditary and registration of the inheritance rights; 2) according to the moment of accession to the inheritance relations: a) participants who enter into the inheritance relations as of the moment of the inheritance opening; b) participants who enter into inheritance relationship after the moment of the inheritance opening but before its acceptance; в) participants who enter into the inheritance relations as of the moment of the inheritance opening but before registration of the inheritance rights according to the conditions specified by the law.
