Piskunova N. The mechanism of cash flows management by business entities.

This dissertation has developed further the theoretical foundations of the way the mechanism of cash flows management by business entities functions. This has been done by clarifying the definition of cash flows, their management and the corresponding mechanism. The specificity of functioning of the mechanism of cash flows by business entities has been identified in the changeable economic environment. Methodological and practical supports have been formed in relation to the identification of the stable grouping of business entities in accordance with the peculiarities of cash flows. The level of cash flows changeability of Ukrainian business entities has been evaluated and their structural ratio has been formed in accordance with the types of economic activity while taking into account the changeability of cash flows. The improvement of analytical support of the mechanism of cash flows management by business entities has been proposed with the focus on an unstable economic environment while also considering asynchrony, scale effect and the importance of random fluctuations of cash flows. Scientific and methodological supports of the mechanism of cash flows management by business entities have been improved at the expense of synchronization of flows, which are executed on the basis of their self-affirmation duration. The conceptual management model of cash flow by business entities has been developed, which consequently helps to identify sufficient and necessary net cash flows.
