The object of the research is activities of the employees' of the enterprises communication system. The research purpose is to the disclosure of the theoretical and methodological foundations, scientific and practical tools for activation of the employees' activities of the enterprises communication system. The author used such methods as: comparison, systematization, generalization, morphological analysis, grouping, correlational-regression analysis, expert assessment, empirical system approach, theory of games, structurally-logical analysis, graphical, synthesis. The theoretical value of the thesis refers to research of the theoretical principles of activation of the employees' activities of the enterprises communication system. Practical meaning of thesis have stratement of activation of the employees' activities of the enterprises communication system. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time there is method of communication units employees' motivating is developed; there is improved an approach to the method for identifying the key factors of activation the communication system employees' activities, the set of key indicators of activating the communication system employees' effectiveness, the method for evaluating the effectiveness of measures to intensify the activities of employees in the communication system; there are developed a profession typology of the enterprises communication system employees as well as their activities activation methods.
